How we work
We started Aurelle with a simple frustration: castings that treated people as options on a spreadsheet. So we built the opposite — a small board where every face is known, every book is current, and every brief gets a considered shortlist rather than a bulk send.
Photographers, stylists, and bookers sit at the same table here. That closeness shows in the work: consistent direction, honest communication, and galleries with a point of view.
